Terms of Service — Laroutemode
These Terms govern your use of laroutemode.com and any purchase you make from Laroutemode. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Laroutemode is an independent online fashion retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other fashion retailer or brand.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have parental/guardian consent, to order. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel if the product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the address is outside metropolitan France, or we suspect fraud or pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
4. Prices, VAT and Payment
Prices are in Euros (€) and include French VAT. Total price, including shipping, is shown before you confirm. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full card numbers. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not our responsibility.
5. Shipping
We deliver only within metropolitan France. We do not deliver to DROM-COM or internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free. Tracking is sent by email once dispatched.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer in France or the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code. You may return most items within 14 calendar days from delivery, without giving a reason.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Personalised, custom-made, worn, washed, or hygiene-sealed items may be excluded where the law allows.
7. Refunds
Once we receive the return and confirm it meets the conditions, we process the refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 8 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. We notify you by email or phone once the refund is initiated.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or fully refund, including reasonable return shipping.
8. Legal Guarantees
You benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Product Information and Intellectual Property
We try to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Slight colour differences may occur by screen. All site content is owned by or licensed to Laroutemode and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
10. Acceptable Use and Liability
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with it, scrape it, or impersonate Laroutemode. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

You may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules in their country of residence.
