Shipping policy

Laroutemode — Shipping & Delivery

Laroutemode ships exclusively within metropolitan France. We do not offer delivery to French overseas territories (DROM-COM) or to any other country at this time.

Order processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment facility within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery timeframe. Once dispatched, standard delivery within metropolitan France takes 3–5 business days. Delivery is handled by our carrier partners, and a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your parcel is in transit.

Shipping costs. Shipping is free of charge for all orders delivered within metropolitan France, regardless of order value.

Delivery address. We deliver to residential and business addresses within metropolitan France. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Laroutemode cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Failed delivery. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to the customer‘s absence or refusal to accept the parcel, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collection. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense or process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
