Ordering
How do I place an order? Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You‘ll need a delivery address within metropolitan France and one of our accepted payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@laroutemode.com or +33 3 59 89 74 55. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Returns Policy.
Do I need an account? No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save delivery details.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? Metropolitan France only. We do not deliver to French overseas territories or internationally.
How much does shipping cost? Free for all orders within metropolitan France.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total time is approximately 4–7 business days from order confirmation.
Can I track my order? Yes. A tracking number is sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it.
How long does a refund take? We process the refund within 1–2 business days of receiving the return. The refund is issued to your original payment method and may take up to 8 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item? We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Is my payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store full card details.
Do you charge VAT? All prices include French VAT (TVA). The price at checkout is the total you pay.
