About Laroutemode
Laroutemode is an independent online fashion retailer based in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, in the Lille metropolitan area of northern France. We offer a curated selection of clothing and accessories to customers across metropolitan France.
Our approach. We built Laroutemode on a straightforward principle: online shopping should be clear, honest, and easy. We operate exclusively through laroutemode.com. Every item we list is held in our own inventory and dispatched from our facility. We do not operate a marketplace and do not sell products on behalf of third-party sellers.
Independent identity. Laroutemode is a standalone business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other fashion retailer or brand. Our name, branding, and website are our own. We state this explicitly so our customers know exactly who they are buying from.
Our commitment. Transparent pricing — the price you see is what you pay, with free shipping within metropolitan France. Straightforward returns — 14 days to return an item. Real support — reach us by phone or email during business hours.
